5 ⭐ — Ask for Gabe. Periods
I’ve been hunting for a used Jeep Grand Wagoneer for probably five or six months. That’s not an exaggeration. And yes, I heard all the things people say about that truck — I didn’t care. It was the one I wanted and I wasn’t letting it go. I stopped into Luxury Motorcars one day just to check inventory and ended up connecting with a rep named Jeffrey. When I mentioned I’d seen the Grand Wagoneer on their website, he was upfront with me — told me it wasn’t on the lot yet, still being detailed and inspected at another location. I figured I’d just come back another time, but Jeff wasn’t having that. He said “give me a few minutes” and actually left to go retrieve the vehicle himself so I could see it that same day. That right there tells you everything about the kind of rep Jeffrey is. Unfortunately, by the time he got back, I had a prior work commitment I couldn’t push and had to leave. Life happens. When I was finally able to come back, Jeffrey wasn’t available — but they connected me with Gabe.
And honestly? That might’ve been the best thing that could’ve happened. I don’t know how else to say this — car buying is usually miserable. You walk in and immediately feel like someone is about to try to squeeze every dollar out of you. Pushy. Aggressive. That whole thing. Gabe was none of that. He was patient, he was professional, and he actually listened. When I told him I didn’t want to put money down, he didn’t push back or try to manipulate the situation. He just worked with it. And when the numbers eventually showed that I needed to do something, he made sure it wasn’t anything that made me uncomfortable. He found a number that actually made sense for me and made sure I was good with it before moving forward.
That’s rare. That’s genuinely rare. I left that dealership feeling good — not relieved that it was over, not like I got played, but actually good. Like I made the right call. And because of that, when I’m ready for another used vehicle, Luxury is where I’m going. I’ll be sending people there too.
If you go — ask for Gabe or Jeff. Both of them showed me what real customer service looks like. Jeffrey went above and beyond before the deal even started. Gabe took it all the way home. Together, they’re the reason I’m writing this review.

would like to express my sincere appreciation for Gabe and the outstanding service he provided while helping me purchase the car I’ve been wanting. As a business owner myself, I truly value professionalism, patience, and dedication, and Gabe demonstrated all of those qualities throughout the entire process.
He was extremely patient, calm, and persistent in making sure my needs were met and that I was comfortable with every step. Gabe went above and beyond what would normally be expected, showing genuine humility, care, and understanding while working with me.
The way I was treated today reflected a very high level of professionalism and customer service. Experiences like this make a lasting impression. I would absolutely recommend Gabe and this establishment to anyone looking for honest, attentive, and professional service.
